Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of PawDone, a shared pet-care app that helps you and the people you trust track feeding, walks, medications, and other care for your pets. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use PawDone.

Using PawDone

You must be at least 13 years old to use PawDone. You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account and for keeping your sign-in method secure. You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes and in line with these Terms.

Your Account

You sign in with Apple, Google, or an email magic link. You are responsible for the information you add and for the caregivers you invite to a household. When you invite other members, the pets, care logs, schedules, and member display names in that household become visible to those members — that is the core purpose of a shared care board.

Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you add to PawDone, such as pet profiles, photos, notes, and care logs. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and sync that content solely to operate the service for you and the household members you share it with. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share any content you upload.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service. In particular, you will not:

• Use the app to break the law or infringe the rights of others.
• Upload content that is unlawful, harmful, or violates someone else's privacy or intellectual property.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service or its infrastructure.
• Use the service to send spam or to harass other household members.

Account Deletion

You can delete your account at any time from within the app under Account → Delete Account. Deleting your account removes your authentication account and associated data from our backend and erases your local data on that device. Content contributed collaboratively to a household may remain visible to other members of that household.

Disclaimers

PawDone is a care-tracking tool and is not a substitute for professional veterinary advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always rely on a qualified veterinarian for your pet's health decisions. The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that reminders or notifications will always be delivered on time.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PawDone and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising out of or related to your use of the service.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Significant changes may be communicated within the app. Your continued use of PawDone after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
